Subject: Letter of Commendation

"The reason that I am writing this is more than just a mere letter of commendation, but rather an endorsement of a truly extraordinary company and its president.

"I represent the United States Patent and Trademark Office in matters dealing with Section 508 of the Americans for Disability Act. Our program is considered the best in the Federal Government and probably the best in the United States. The program has been nominated for numerous awards and has been the subject of many different medias. These comments are not internal praises, but rather an attempt to put into perspective the type and success of the work TecAccess performs.

"The success of the USPTO is not the end product of one person, but rather many. Included in that group has to be TecAccess. Its president, Debra Ruh, has been invaluable to our success. She has proven to be a tireless individual that has a passion for her work and for providing extraordinary service to the customer. She is the best.

"Here are two examples of her efforts. First, we had a class scheduled for a Monday morning. She and I worked countless hours over the weekend and between us created a 130+ page document for the class. The document was a huge success.

"Second, we have a training program that she helped put together. She is specifically responsible for the e-learning and telecommunications part of the training. Over the last year, we have trained over 1500 students from all over the world. In fact, we had the State of Oklahoma ask us to train 700 of their state employees, and we had a two-day training session at CSUN, the largest disability conference in the world.

"The accomplishments of this office are a direct reflection of Debra Ruh´s talents, dedication and professionalism. She is one of those individuals that we all desperately try to hire. She is a rare example of someone who truly puts customers first and who provides first class service.

If you want to succeed, you need Debra Ruh and her talented company."
