Ms. McNaughton is widely regarded for her work as a Human Resources expert in the areas of diversity and inclusion, talent management, disability employment strategy, training, leadership development, workforce development, employee engagement, culture and communications. With significant business experience in sales, service and manufacturing organizations, Tammie has a proven track record of successfully building, leading and delivering key organizational strategies.

She currently holds board seats with the New York City BLN and Three River´s Workforce Investment Board in Pittsburgh, PA.
